Get to know the Cross of Grace Team

Adam Penird

LEAD PASTOR
Adam graduated from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, IN in 2018 and from the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in 2022. Before being sent out to plant Cross of Grace Church in North Manchester, he served as a pastor at Christ’s Covenant Church in Winona Lake. Adam has a wonderful wife, Claire, and three adorable children.
Aaron Eaton

PASTORAL ASSISTANT
Aaron graduated from Grace Theological Seminary in 2023 and has aspiration for pastoral ministry. He currently works vocationally as a plumber. Aaron serves Cross of Grace in many ways, but his primary focus goes toward leading our “Bridge Course.” Aaron and his wife, Jenna, are expecting their first child in February.
Mike Nixon

ADVISOR FOR THEOLOGY & PREACHING
Mike taught Bible at Lakeland Christian Academy in Winona Lake for 15 years and served as a pastor in multiple churches before retiring. Mike supports Pastor Adam by serving as a resource in his theology and preaching.
Larry McCall

ADVISOR FOR PASTORAL MATTERS
Larry serves as a pastor at Christ’s Covenant Church in Winona Lake, where he has pastored for over 40 years. Larry is a faithful shepherd of the flock that God has entrusted to him, and he is an invaluable support to Pastor Adam as he seeks to follow Larry’s example as he follows Christ.
